Description

Looking for Project Engineer for our client, a leading company in the field of Water and Wastewater Solutions, based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Researches and analyzes customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. 2. Specifies system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. 3. Follows up the work program as approved by the client in coordination with the Site Engineer. 4. Monitors and controls the project activities on a day to day basis and reports progress/ bottlenecks, short falls to Project Manager, suggesting corrective actions. 5. Reviews contract documents submitted by the supplier and liaises with consultant/ clients for comments to supplier and/ or approval. 6. Prepares general layout drawings in coordination with other discipline engineers; prepare all engineering drawings and submittals for consultant approval. 7. Coordinates installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment at site through site engineers. 8. Submits site test reports and prepares as built dossiers in coordination with site engineers. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Education: A Bachelors Degree in Engineering Relevant Experience : A minimum of 3 - 6 years practical experience in a relevant field with possible additional training as per project; experience in industrial projects Technical Knowledge/ Skills / Required Training: Moderate knowledge in power and water related projects.
